SnK might be the best shonen there is. It depicts the ideal of growing up to be a real man like no other.

ABSOLUTELY YES.
To me, any story where the protagonist dies at the end is a masterpiece.
The death of the main character acts as a symbolic farewell — a way for the narrative and the world to say goodbye to the reader.

I’ve always defended that ending — even when /a/ was screeching about how “Eren died a virgin and never got to bang Mikasa” or whatever.
None of them ever listened. Doesn’t matter. I still stand by it.

From the Jump golden age, Dai no Daibouken is my favorite.
I’ve always believed Dragon Ball should’ve ended with the Android arc.
Part 6 is peak JoJo for me.
Out of the newer stuff, I really liked SnK and KnY.
And when it comes to Persona, 3 hits the hardest. Always has.
