It’s a band that was mostly identical to the band that did the original Mirai wa Bokura no Te no Naka song (the vocalist in particular has a very iconic punk rock voice). They called themselves The Blue Hearts in the 80s and did songs like that and Linda Linda, The High-Lows in the 90s where they did the first Detective Conan opening, and The Cromagnons from the 00s and on, where they did that mediocre Totsugeki Rock opening for Naruto Shippuden.
