This is never the case lol. Anyone who likes SoL or CGDCT knows its basic and accepts it. If anything, anyone who complains about it has that attitude.

cgdct is the ultimate form of escapism. we enjoy it because it doesn't only transport us to another reality, but also another part of the planet (japan, where everyone is japanese and there are no racial minorities to feel things about), and another point in time, high school generally. we also like it to get away from normalfaggot anime like attack on titan and jjk, because normalfaggots find the lolicon undertones of most cgdct uncomfortable.
