I don't understand why more mangakas don't have main characters without powers. The best chapters were about her standing up for her husband against stand users. Deku should never have gotten powers, completely ruins the setup

First three parts, probably yes, women were marrying young. The general marriageable age was like 14 to 21. Anything older was already considered a spinster. Hence they also had children while younger. And the men used to be older, how older is more case by case thing.
