>>280902068 I don't think that one person with telekinesis would be enough for the world to collapse without them. Not except in major crises like the asteroid.
>>280902127 So HQ knows that Kakeri is alive and is just choosing to not do anything about it? You know, we spent the first part of the chapter establishing that it'd take at least 10 years to master telekinesis on a level where they could pull her back down safely. It's a shame there's no Earthchild around who could do that.
>>280902413 >>280902606 I think this editor's signature is painfully slow pacing, not meta elements. All the ones I've read from him have been unnecessarily slow - Samurai 8 having a two-volume prologue, Red Hood sitting in the hamlet too long, Earthchild being Earthchild.
>>280902490 Thank you OP! >>280910580 >the author made Earthchild as bad as possible Nah, this has some good stuff in it. It is just mismanaged where the ideas don't really come together. Was this published during a time when WSJ was axe-happy? It's like in an attempt to hold the readers' attention the mangaka switches up the story and introduces twists when they feel unnecessary.
>>280916286 This, granted it was also after they axed most of the other axe bait and didn't have much else to replace it with, thus EarthChild somehow managed to reach like 30 chapters
