I think they are being pretty careful as we see them using condoms occasionally even when they are on the pill. I don't think pregnancy is coming anytime soon if ever. Marriage has been mentioned in 3 chapters now, children haven't come up once.
That being said, they are driven by passion and fairly impulsive so I do not think there would be much planning at all. They'd make it a competition and end up pregnant close to one another.
