She actually has a decent enough presence in the original series, be it as a fanservice provider in her regular form or her antics in her sneeze form. She felt like the secondary heroine right behind Bulma at the time.

I think the cast of Dragonball was solid up to Cell. At least everyone got to show up and be part of that. Buu arc feels kind of lonely.
