I didn't know whether to ask this here or in /ic/ or in /lit/

But it's referring to a thread that was made a couple of weeks ago about whether Eiken would have a reboot in the style of FLCL. And honestly I would like to try it and well... I wanted to know what things I need to keep in mind if I want to do this "fan reboot".

Apart from watching all the FLCL series, I should also take into account his manga?

Would it be enough to see Eiken's ovas or would I also have to read her manga to me?

You want to produce an animation? A few things to consider:

Here OP, I should have cleared it up first... While I would love for this to be animated, unfortunately I don't have the money or the contacts for it.
