Norio is good because her particular weirdness means she understands how to write a normal horny male teenager without making a meme of him. But if you look at the SORRY manga's mangaka she can't write males to save her life. A lot of other female mangaka write males that fall in to the yumejoshi bishounen/ikeman trap and are particularly effeminate and geared towards appealing to female Asian readers than appearing as realistic males; the counterpoint to this is that lots of male authors do this in reverse with the female characters.
