Not a fan of that look. CGI for characters is bad enough, but that mix of flatshaded characters with realistic background renders (that still look overtly CG) makes the whole thing look jarring and not cohesive. Storywise, I'm not sure either. Is that male sidekick isekai'd into the setting? He looks like some kind of modern time ambulance driver.
