the only reason I haven't killed myself is I am applying for 100% zog bucks bc I am in the reserves. I am grifting the system and my disabilites are entirely from un service related events.

I want something casual, and light and happy.
Some of my favorite animes in no particular order are Cowboybebop, Ghibli (Porrco Rosso is my fav), Barakamon. I am not a big anime guy and have not watched one in 2 years.

Try Non Non Biyori, D-frag, Mitsudomoe, Mitsuboshi Colors, Okistura, Ichigo Mashimaro, Teekyu.
As an exception, I'll recommend reading Hatarkanai Futari. It's a 4koma manga about two jobless NEET siblings. It's generally a comedy, but contains some light drama parts. What's cool about it is even though the main characters are waste of space NEETs, they still find a way to brighten the community around them by being carefree and good people.
Hope things get better for you. Just take small steps at unfucking yourself and eventually you will be unfucked.

You are not particularly self-deprecatable because the vast majority in our time is just like that now.
