20th century boys. After every fucking time skip the manga's quality would half, by the end of it, it felt like there was nothing left

It led me down the Kyoani rabbit hole, and I waited for these mythic season 3 for years, following other subsequent Kyoani series in the mean time. First I filled the void with Nichijou which was fine, but then Free! and Tamako Market happened, and both shows left me feeling empty and depressed. Nothing they've ever made will ever come close to the perfection that was K-ON, so I regret watching K-ON at all because of the path searching for a new anime that could fill that void led me down. Instead of watching K-ON I wish I had made some friends instead.

Goes without saying. I started reading it as a teenager and it permanently fucked my brain chemistry. Naruto is really where it all began. The beginning of the end. I wish I had read literally anything else.
