If she's not limited to following the same events we've seen, instead of some random people maybe she can try touching him once, or finding out she doesn't get the same effect from sex now. If she doesn't immediately return after each time, there are also times his body may be unprotected and available. There's still no explanation for why she couldn't be seen.
