Honestly as long as Kuzunoha kept the fox and the Uzumaki and Uchiha bloodline starting a war for the other would have been retarded.
The two bloodlines are the ultimate fuck you if you dared to use your biju in war.
And bd the fox with only yang chakra alone (with the sum of the yin and yang together being more than just the added elements) was already far far more powerful than the others combined.
It was like the fox has like 99% of the power and the rest shared the remaining 1% amongst themselves.

The bijuu distribution really does seem like it should have benefited the Uchiha most.
Wood Style was limited to Hashirama and the Uzumaki had their own village, but the mangekyo would let Konoha subvert any bijuu.
