Do aot fans really think that attack on titan is really on the level breaking bad in terms storytelling or most of them are just teen edgelords? I don't think a sensible human being after watching Both AOT and BB can think of that....but after all it's just my opinion.

There is a lot of retarded shit in breaking bad. The explosive crystals early on. Him coming up with that novel and super pure way to create meth. That whole plotline with that DEA guy he has in his family
I'm not a big fan of either, but AoT has a layered lore and story-building that makes you think and interpret parts. Even the ending is way more open to interpretation than Breaking Bad, which is a decent show to watch once but has zero ambiguity and is pretty straightforward with less engaging characters (at least for me)
If AOT is the Breaking Bad of anime
what is The Sopranos of anime?
>>281213984Death Note is the BB of anime tho, both have a crazy megalomaniac protagonist with a god complex who hides their crimes behind seemingly noble goals
