The thing is, Mirio's quirk is strong as fuck. The series tries to sell it as a mediocre power because it requires conscious effort to use and you need to be aware of your surroundings. Yeah, no fucking shit. Same thing goes for driving a manual car and almost everybody can do it putting the effort, even amerimutts. He can't see or hear when his head passes through shit and can't breathe if he uses the quirk on his torso?
