The other Supreme Beings disliked Ainz, or were not particularly close to him. That literally doesn't work. You'll need to take out Slime, Konosuba, Overlord and Spider for it to be even remotely plausible. Also Executed Sage isn't isekai, IIRC.

I'd rather believe the schizo theory that since オーバーロード can also mean "Overload" and some hints have been given in the LN that Touch Me is an assassin of the dystopian corporate dictators and for some reason had murdered all Ainz Ooal Gown members besides Momonga/Ainz, Herohero, Touch Me himself, and Ulbert, who is implied to be some central figure in the resistance against the corporate dictatorship and shortly before Mononga/Ainz got isekai'd Touch Me trying to kill Satoru Suzuki and Ulbert trying to defend and save him were actually having a true life-or-death battle IRL right in front of the logged in Satoru without him being any wiser. Then during their fight Touch Me trying to kill Satoru messed up in his hurry and input the "Overload" command in katakana ("オーバーロード") into the console intended to kill Satoru which however defaulted to "Overlord" instead and resonated with the summoning Wild Magic and caused Satoru/Momonga/Ainz to be isekai'd instead of "dying in an unfortunate accident".

AFO was in love with Nana Shimura or at least had some strong desire to have her in some way, possibly he decided that she was worthy of being the mother of his heir and was planning to take OFA from her and then make her his afterwards, perhaps as a form of complete victory over fate, life and nature, etc. The evidence for this is that AFO seemed to carry a seriously personal vendetta against Nana and wanted to hurt her as much as possible, even going to so far as to target her entire family line after her death. Why did Nana go through such a traumatic decision to hide her son? AFO is not known to act like a mob boss, he’s obsessed with his chuuni ideals, not settling personal scores, and Nana should have known him well, yet she felt the need to rip her heart out to protect her son from him. That level of personal hatred is out of character for AFO, certainly in his later years. So what gives? Because I think he had a strong personal investment into Nana, and when he learned that she had gotten married and pregnant he went into an apocalyptic rage, who knows what kind of mass destruction he did lashing out. Nana got scared shitless by this for the sake of her baby’s saftey, went into hiding and officially cut all ties with her son afterwards. If she was THAT scared for the child’s safety she wouldn’t have gotten pregnant to begin with. She had no idea that AFO would feel cucked, she clearly didn’t know what kind fo escalation would happen. So she cut ties with her son, and then went to face AFO and stop him at the cost of her life, and even after killing her AFO wasn’t finished with her and made SURE he would ruin her family to the very end of the line and take the successor from it that Nana had denied him in life. “Now who’s the cuck, BITCH” sort of thing.

Ever notice how how the Slave Merchants in iseaki are always honest, decent businessmen and sometimes even provide ongoing support as in Shield Hero? Ever notice how they ALWAYS have an attractive virgin girl supposedly no one wants for sale at a good price but somehow only the MC? I’m sure you have. It’s because the salve merchant is a cover for an international government organization in the isekai for management of cheat reincarnators and transferees. A hands-off, deniable way to insert a positive influence into a cheat MC’s life. Possibly these girls are especially trained and groomed from a young age to fulfill this role. Keep track of the MC and be a moderating influence on him, possible even charged with assassinating him if it comes down to that. That’s why they ALWAYS steadfastly refuse to be released from their slave contract, it’s both their cover and their link to the MC, and why the will do anything to show their submission to the MC no matter how much time they spend together. The unfortunate kenmonomimi “slave” is actually an ultra-elite agent from an international government organization charged with the tracking and management of cheat-users.

I thought the deaths were the other way and also way less epic. Touch Me was some random schmoe cop, Ulbert was some random schmuck scriptkiddie, Ulbert fucked around and found out (maybe by Touch Me) and everyone else just returned to their dystopian wageslavery except Momonga. This theory admittedly does include an explanation for that.
