Blue Lock made me realize that I only consume shonen only for two things: a MC with an ego and him besting his enemies as the underdog. I am fully aware of the many things that make this series unbelievable dogshit but I gave the first 3 chapters a try today out of boredom and now I can't stop. It's honestly that simple.
