I just finished watching the two released seasons of Mushoku Tensei after sleeping on it since it first came out and I am genuinely astonished at the amount of normie filtering this single anime achieves in two seasons. Browsing through the comments on literally ANY clip of this anime you have a 100% chance to encounter at bunch of posts whining about the MC being a 30 yo man in a child body and how "creepy" he is being the reason they stopped watching. Going into this anime I was fooled into thinking this MC would be insufferably perverted to the point where it gets annoying, yet when the dust had settled all I could think was "really, was that it? that's what they're mad about?". I think my favorite comments are those that say they see him as unforgivable for making best girl his second wife lmao. Like really, they had no problem with him keeping a pair of her panties in a shrine for god knows how long but taking her as a wife with his first wife's approval was too much to handle? I just don't get it.
