Prez, I think, is just a case of a badly handled FeMC. First and foremost, she's a massive slut which isn't popular with most people. Back in the early days, people thought Arisu was the main girl since she showed up first to talk to Ume, not prez. You also had people thinking this was a harem/gag manga and that there weren't actually ships involved, so no one really cared. Komaro then came along and had better chemistry with Ume than her. But I personally think the worst thing to happen was Hagyuu Toramaru AKA the Yankee girl who stole Ume's first kiss. It's never a good sign for the FeMC to lose the first kiss to a side character, it makes her look like a cuck. If their is one thing every normal person hates, it's a cuck. No matter what Prez does now, she will NEVER EVER be able to wipe the taste of Toramaru from Ume's lips. His "Kiss-ginity" is gone forever. People disliking is understandable.

Nah, the worst so far was the futa chapter it made me hate Tekka's inclusion in to the manga all together. The moment they decided to stop her initial premise and replace it with: "She has to constantly hold a long phallus shaped object or she'll revert to a quivering baby" it was over for her character.
