Honestly the first half of the WoU was pretty good. Kept the characters grounded. All the Real world characters getting into UW was peak cringe though, that sucked. Asuna literally ruined it

Oh I had no problems with the first half at all. I liked the idea of bringing in the real worlders, but it just didn’t click with me. Alice was forced into doing nothing for the rest of the season. I don’t even remember what Leafa was doing the whole time. The villains stopped being engaging for me. I dunno, it felt like a whole mess.
