There are Genjutsu that use sound and/or smell as a medium. But yes blind niggas in theory would be immune to Sharigan and any genjutsu that use vision as a medium.

Makes you wonder if there are genjutsu for taste and touch. Probably near useless unless you can manipulate your opponent to touch or taste something. Might be be good for assassination or torture.
