Pretty bad manga overall. Nothing is particularly memorable and the characters are whatever. The action being between people with guns and animals also wastes the artist's talent at drawing gunfights.

It's an action flick like those old mediocre movies you randomly catch on TV, which is another thing the author is fond of aside from video games. But yeah, I agree, it was a waste. The whole thing was made because his old editor or editor-in-chief started bugging him with "c'mon man, let's do another manga, I know you can do it." Guess he could, but didn't actually have it in him. I think the guy just wants to play games and nothing else anymore.

But those are 10/10, this Manga was "that's it!?" welp he made Ajin so I can forgive some meh series. I just want more love for Old Manga but only yaoi makes money

Considering that it switched to bimonthly release schedule and had pretty short chapters for a while, I imagine it was something like that. Laziness, writer's block, health issues, call it whatever you want.
