I think it's pretty weird to enjoy this stuff as a guy but Kengai Princess was excellent for its first arc, then it became a completely different manga after she graduates middle school and goes to high school and got shitcanned. I really like fat, ugly girls, but so often in these they stop being fat and ugly halfway through. I don't mind if there's a little change, like they start taking care of themselves more and wearing makeup and that gets signified with a small change in the art but when they just make them thin and conventionally attractive it ruins it for me.
