But you can purchase it everywhere you want.
If a group isn't willing to pay 10,000 yen, minus whatever sales and coupons you can get, they aren't going to spend months of their time translating it either.
There's almost no interest in translations for series that old, anybody that actually cared learned Japanese for themselves.
