Very few people truly "get" TenSura. At first I thought that people have too low IQ to understand things like Rimuru's character properly, but then I realized that even supposedly "smart" people fail to understand it, probably because of some retarded prejudice of TenSura being isekai or such.

Thank you for the wonderful case example for exactly the thing I am talking about. You read two sentences and because you want to complain about subversion where there is none, you just ended bringing it in yourself while acting as if it was there as the topic of discussion all along regardless.
You see the words "low IQ" in a post and you just do what you always do even if it makes no sense instead of actually reading what you respond to.
Same way TenSura is treated as "just another isekai" because of jealousy that isekai is more popular than their own favorite genre/sub-genre/setting.

All I'll say is you should pay attention to scenes in which Rimuru acts very out of character and any of the times where Rimuru's words and thoughts don't match his actual actions at all.
And here's a freebie: Milim seems whimsical but notice that she ultimately always takes actions based on expectations placed on her by others to an absurd degree. Remember that she even basically allowed herself to be food-tortured with only eating raw vegetables instead of forcing her own way through. Even her whimsical destructive ways are really just her acting out the role of an "ancient first-generation demon lord" that people attribute to her with a title like "Destroyer".
