The obvious bullshit is stuff like cigarette butts and the like. Even I am guilty of that, though now I know better than to dump plastic into fire, especially if I'm going to cook over it. Not-so-obvious stuff is newspapers and cardboard, especially with colour print, but even that will burn through the toxic bullshit quite fast and turn into ash you can safely dispose of.
As usual, them yellows are way too cautious and polite about every fucking thing. If you're not a complete retard, you know when you can dispose of ash. Also, that warning to not use water because you can burn yourself on the steam is such a wild thing to say. Humans have been making fire since Adam and Eve, and even though many of us got tragically accustomed to city living, firemaking is still something very primordial to most of us. And this includes fireplace management and clean-up.
