I don't think so. Just because of how long one piece has been around, the previous sales and the cultural impact it will be a success even if it's the biggest and most putrid shit imaginable. Its own weight will suffice.

Shounen Jump will turn into Slice of life slop and die if they don't get a new series as powerful as Naruto Bleach DBZ or HxH before One Piece ends.

No because there's no clear end goal in one piece that people have been hyped about since the beginning of the series. In Naruto you knew that no matter what happened, it would end with Naruto and Sasuke reconciling after their final fight and that Naruto would be Hokage. It's what people read for, and people knew it was gonna happen, which is why the sale never really dipped and the final volume even increased in sales. Which one piece, what even is there at the end? Luffy being pirate king isn't even tangible, nobody knows what that even means. Theres no fight that has been setup trough the story for decade that actually matters. Who cares if Luffy fights Blackbeard for example. It's not comparable.

The anime is the most popular it's ever been. Oda has enough money that if they axe One Piece he could release it online and start his own emagazine and in better quality because he's long complained that he wants to make chapters longer and doesn't have enough pages to work with per week

Oda loves his work so much that the Dragonball editor complained that he should stick to one thing since he's also working on the live action and anime. Oda complained that he does that he doesn't get enough pages per week and wants to do more. He worked so hard his health got fucked and his wife had to beg him to take a break every so many chapters to focus on his health.

There's no emotional value attached to finding a Mac guffin. You won't read for 10 more years for this since it'll be all over social media anyway. To retain reader interest you need emotional investment in it's character and story and I don't see how that's there in Warm Piss. The Sharthats and Goofy are the lamest part of the whole story.
