First of all, humpback whales are filter feeders, so they technically aren't predators the same way orcas are. Orcas hunt humpback whale calves so they actually have a predator-prey relationship. The behavior of prey species to go out of their way to gang up on and attack and harass a predator is called mobbing, and it's been observed in a wide variety of species. I'm sure you can figure out why it makes sense this behavior evolved. Many people mistakenly believe herbivores are safe and peaceful, but that's dangerously wrong. Predators need to be hungry and see you as food to attack (and most animals do not see humans as food). But a prey animal just needs to see you as a threat to attack (and that's very easy). There's something special about the humpback whale's hatred. Orcas have different cultures, and different groups of orcas specialize in hunting different animals. Only a small number of orcas hunt other whales, but humpback whales will go after any orca, no matter what they're hunting, and disrupt their hunt. That's a real grudge against the entire species.
But another thing is that there are predator species that go out of their way to spite each other. A common reason is predatory competition between two species that occupy similar niches. Perhaps the most famous example is lions and hyenas. Yes, Lion King got that right. They often steal kills from each other and contrary to popular perception, hyenas are more successful hunters and lions steal kills more than the other way around. Hyenas do mob and steal kills from lionesses but they're terrified of male lions and for good reason. Sometimes male lions kill hyenas on sight for seemingly no reason, and they can fearlessly take on an entire hyena clan. It makes sense they hate hyenas since hyenas kill lion cubs if they get the chance. That makes sense because of what lions do to them. It's a vicious blood feud.
