I hate how Bleach weirdly avoids talking about the fact that Arrancars are humans. Like, these people are still human ghosts, but by the time we get to Hueco Mundo, that seems to get forgotten, and their backstories function like they've always existed as hollows. Did Kubo forget the rules of his own setting there, what the hell?

Besides hollows being innately evil, the Arrancar are all Menos Grande. Which are not exactly individual humans, but the result of a vast number of hollows eating each other. They are basically a huge number of souls fused together, and are quite different from when they were just hollows, let alone when they were human.

One of the souls becomes dominant over the rest. Only special Gillians with unique masks can become Adjuchas. We saw this with D-Roy, Shawlong, and Szayelaporro for example was sent to hell because his soul was evil when he was a living human. Sadly I think all of their aggregated souls go to hell with them.

They're all really old. I'm sure they all have sex but it's probably emotionless like using the restroom or needing to sleep. The whole reason Aizen stabbed Momo is, IMO, precisely because they had sex and he knew she was emotionally attached over it due to being relatively young. Momo is like 100 years old tops, Aizen is probably more like 1000.

One soul may be dominant over the rest, however gillians themselves seem to have lost a lot of their sense of self, only to recover it later on. It seems like it would be quite unusual among them to have any memories of their life as a human at that point. As far as the ones going to hell, it's possible the other souls get taken along with them, but it's also possible that they get expelled and return to the cycle of reincarnation. I don't recall the series going into a lot of detail on what exactly happens.
