Nah she's a women 100%. The way FMA is written, you can feel the woman touch in it. Especially in characters like Winry, Alphonse, Ed and Al master, that blonde Armstrong woman from the north... it's a female author, 100%. There's something lacking in FMA when it comes to manliness that you can find in DB, One Piece or even Gintama and other stuff like this
