Them, probably Guild Girl and one or two other people at the guild, maybe Cow Girl and her uncle if GS told them.
It was handled pretty quietly, but it was still an official quest through the guild, so there'll have been some processing of request and reward and reports. The death's of Noble Fencer's party and her survival will have been reported to the guild. There's probably also record of her joining and her taking a goblin quest with her party.
The surviving residents of that village GS and party saved in the process might also have recognized Noble Fencer when GS and company brought her back to the village after first finding her, and probably can figure out that her party was wiped out and she herself suffered some of the usual fates of goblin prisoners. But they probably don't know that she's a noblewoman, and probably aren't leaving their village.
So there's probably enough records to put it together if someone had reason to look, but the number of people who actually known what went down is very limited. To the outside observer, if they even know that Noble Fencer attempted adventuring, she probably looks just like one of many noble kids who tried adventuring, quickly discovered they didn't like it, and returned home to more normal noble pursuits.
