Spear hero is a character of extremes and fixations. In his original world he was the nice guy anime protag common in the 2000s. He had multiple girls wanting to date him but he was indecisive about it. 2 of the girls who liked him got tired of his shit and decided to murder/suicide him.

To avoid getting killed by crazy women secretly crushing on him, he decided he would try being a harem protag in the fantasy world. Instead of being an indecisive nice guy simp, he decided to be a white knight simp that flirtted with every women he met. This ended up getting him used and betrayed again, which broke him mentally.

He started seeing all women as disgusting pigs as a defense mechanism. But while he was going through his mental breakdown, the loli-bird-girl character was nice to him. He instantly changed from a hag chasing normie to a monster girl loving pedochad.

tldr; the joke is he is mentally ill and HATES WOMEN but also has god like powers and likes loli so nobody can stop his delusions.

Spear schizo is pretty much the only worthwhile addition fitting for this comedy show. Well, him and the Princess Who Cried Rape but she's not in and probably won't be. The actual MC is a charisma black hole that the show has to periodically reminds us exists, and his harem are less characters and more extensions of his body to keep him from just brooding silently.
