Yeah, I did all my cleanup stuff casually during it. Binned a ton of shit to donations, bought new shelves, took my car to the cleaners and got its winters on, but that doesn't take too much time away for me.

The root problems of Lazarus are solely unique to Adult Swim originals. They're just poorly produced anime with too much overhead from people inexperienced with anime production.
Apocalypse Hotel was Megaton Musashi were recent original anime that were really good, and a few years ago there were works like Sonny Boy.
Them not getting produced in greater numbers is a real issue, but this is just an industry cycle that will phase out by the end of the decade in all likelihood, as it's purely on Kadokawa focusing so much of their efforts on their WN -> LN -> manga -> anime pipeline, which will be crushed under its own weight inevitably.
