We know a second season is in the works. The question is:
1. Will it pull an anime original ending?
2. It will adapt everything in the Shiochans arc but takes even longer for a season 3 because of the author's hiatus.
I really want it to be option 2, but I known multiple anime in the past have gone with option 1 because of hiatuses or not enough content yet. Option 1 is especially bad since it forces the anime production committee to wrap up plot lines as well as causing any new girls introduced later to become "manga-only" which means less artwork or anime merch involving said new girl.
