I always liked Momo and I'm glad she's huge too, but how is she going to go unnoticed? People would hear the milk sloshing/fat slapping sounds, flats would feel an underlying sense of inferiority, men getting erections for seemingly no reason, etc.
The Mahjong endgame is everyone playing using a complex series of mirrors to see your pieces and long grabber sticks to move them where they need to go.

after that it's just learning when to open your hand, and then when and how to fold which you automatically do just by playing

Late game decisions on whether to hold for a win or exhaustive draw, or to fold always makes me tense. I'm sure that's normal but I hate coming down to the wire.

I wonder if the mangaka been slowly increasing them over time just enough for the editor not to notice and now they've been massive so long they are stuck that size. Maybe the original character designs were boob monsters and the editor made them reduce the cup size to something more sane.

Size correlates to peakness of the series. The breasts will be as big as their body when the high point comes. At the end they will be flatter than boards, if that's even possible.
