A small, perhaps even insignificant thing or habit that you do consistently, that doesn't seem much/is easy almost mindless to do, but has compounding benefits in your life? Nothing like a whole lifestyle change, to some people eating healthy and going to the gym every day is Chinese.
No, keep it small and simple.
I'll start: preparing my socks and small clothes/lingerie the night before. Somehow it speeds up the whole morning routine and has benefits for the whole day, with a good start

Whenever I find something that I want to buy, that isn't an immediate necessity like basic groceries, I delay the purchase by one month. Often times it turns out I didn't want it as much as I thought, saving me a fair amount of money that has been more profitably put to use in my brokerage account.

Good thread
>stretches every morning after waking up
>"out of sight, out of mind" is a real thing, sometimes the deciding difference between forming a new habit and giving up on it completely is simply having an item that relates to it laying/sitting around somewhere where you are constantly reminded of it
>Keep a bunch of water bottles near where you hang out the most, that way you'll not only stay hydrated, but also allow your brain to ween off whatever sugary drinks by giving it the path of least resistance, being simply to reach over and grab a bottle
>whenever you feel like reaching for your phone or doing anything that would be considered time wasting and just take maybe 1-5 mins and sit with your thoughts to try to find the next best thing to alleviate boredom
>meal prep seems pretty self explanatory, cooking once a week and having one warm, healthy meal guaranteed a day helps with lifting pressure off of having to worry about nutrients, if that's something you care about
>If you struggle with social interactions: If you can ask someone for help for a trivial matter instead of googling it, do that. You'd be surprised how much more efficient it can be

I drink 22oz of water right after I weigh myself in the morning. This is just filling my protein blender bottle with water since its pretty much 22oz. Its actually very surprising how much energy i get just by doing this and the fact it really kickstarts my day to drinking enough water. Plus I'm always dehydrated and when I wake up anyways and this really helps.
