attention span

anyone have any success fixing their short attention span? it's killing me how i make such little progress doing things like learning guitar or drum parts because i can't focus on a single song for more than like 5 minutes. i can't even sit and watch movies my brain is so shot

Try getting a prescription for an amphetamine (Adderall, Vyvanse.)

Prison rape is not fun so I will not suggest microdosing crystal meth orally but that helps me with my short attention span.
