You have to genuinely be really good at something. Any social hobby where you perform on a stage or dance floor would do.

I was about to come into the thread and write the exact same thing

I started bachata dancing this week, and next week I'm starting with a student choir, both activities are really social, expressive, and have majority women in them.
Other anons will say I'm a fag for not going and cold approaching ladies in bars, but this, for a quite scared guy like me, is the way to go. I have the social proofing and trust because I touch or sing with the ladies, I'm showing off myself dancing and singing and being expressive, and we do this on a weekly basis. I really feel, a gf in the near future.

So yeah I'm becoming that man that girls will approach. It doesn't mean I expect her to do all the work for me like some fags will certainly interpret this as, but just - if she talks to me and she's friendly and I find myself interacting with her when I wasn't really actively looking for her, then there's some magnetism there and I'll capitalize on it by asking her to go dance with me outside of class or to have lunch or to uh go have a drink together or a walk.

I'm also going to sign up to an acting group, because those are also majority women and expressive activity.

So yeah OP I'm doing exactly the solution to the station you're asking. At least that's my best bet after I tried 100+ meetups of various social activities since march. I'm done beating around the bush, my life will be social with girls and I will have girl - friends, and as a bonus, one will become a girlfriend eventually. I'm sure of it.

You have to be an outlier of sorts to them, but then again you are an outlier in your own way. You just haven't discovered it. Me I found out I'm the simple guy who doesn't overcomplicate things like everyone else, and that is what makes me attractive. You'll find yours someday it'll just take some time.

Make sure you have good hair, good skin, good posture, work out. Maybe have a good tan and learn to ride a skateboard/surfboard, even. Learn to play guitar if you want to increase your odds.

Spend a lot of time out in the wild, in public places. I have oddly great luck in parks (seasonal. Mating season is summertime, usually) and bars are a good bet, too (for normies, a bar or some party is a very appropriate place to “find” somebody. Idk why, I know it’s odd)

The clothes have to fit and look flattering. Don’t react poorly when they compliment these things — they’re conversation starters. It’s presumed that men are the “providers,” you’re not actually going to send her money, or let her turn you into a sugar daddy.

Have a cool job and novel experiences that you can “bring in for “show and tell.” Go to other countries and do rad shit.

Follow the money. If the dating scene in Portland, Oregon is not shit, then go to Thailand or the Philippines or Brazil where girls will beg your pasty, white ass to fuck them. Bing bang boom, back in business.
