How do I control my appetite when I'm fasting on my days off? I already had a ton coffee, a zero sugar energy drink and a protein shake, I'm starting to feel ravenous and unproductive
I work a pretty physical job, always on my feet lifting heavy things
I keep thinking about maxxing out at a Chinese buffet but that would destroy a week of progress

Try some other regime that suits you. I've been doing time-restricted feeding, going on ten years now (4 hours a day) and never get hungry except just before my mealtime.

>a ton coffee
crash, lots of extra hunger after
>zero sugar energy drink
same

Keep meat and eggs in the fridge a get a zero carbs meal to keep going. Protein shake gives you nutrition but almost 0 satiation.

Vegetable soup: Basically zero calories and helps with the cravings, also replenishes some minerals, which you do need.

Stop thinking about it, find a distraction. Throw all your food away so eating isn't even an option if you wanted to.

Chew gum. Even more coffee. Lots more water. I've been doing 16-8 for like 10 years, it just works
