Do I look through my insurance's web site or something? Any tips for finding one?

onlinetherapy.com or you can look up psychotherapy offices in your area. you can definitely also look up in-network providers through your insurance. personally i found my psychiatrist through my insurance and she referred me to my therapy office, who assigned me someone virtually. my tip is take whoever they give you but don't be afraid to switch to a different therapist if the one you have doesn't seem to be fitting your needs, or if you just don't vibe with them.

google therapists in (your area) accepting (your insurance) and then read the reviews and call the numbers that show up

Download the app for whoever you’re insured with and you should be able to look up providers in your area that are covered by your plan.

I asked a psychiatrist I saw for a recommendation. You can also ask your family doctor.

If you're a dude don't bother. Therapists exist to help people cope with zoo human syndrome, which is fine for women but as a guy you're better off resisting it as much as possible. Therapy encourages you to be less wild and accept loserdom. Do yourself a favor; find a mentor of some kind in your line of education or work and try to be like him.
