"not caring" is the wrong idea in my opinion. The goal should be to fix the problem(s), not ignore it.
Step 1: find the problem
Step 2: solve the problem
People don't get angry for no reason, even if it looks like it. And maybe it's a combination of things. Bad home situation, social media, and maybe add some poor physical habits like bad food or sleep, and maybe even your own conscience. I have no idea.
Maybe write it all down. Everything that bothers you. Then go to bed and wake up the next day and check the list and see what still bothers you.
Mushrooms can help you figure out what's bothering if you don't know. But it's not a magic pill. They just make you very open and vulnerable. And if you're in a bad state you should expect to break down in tears and stuff. But it can help you identify what's wrong, it's just going to be a rough ride.
