How can you ignore childhood trauma and be someone who actually takes action, makes moves, and become successful?

Having a victim mentality can become very damaging to yourself, as well as others. If you really think about it, it is a great source of sin and suffering in the world. Yet again, having some lack of forgiveness, and even feelings of spite and vindication, can be justified to an extent.

I was born into a cult, got molested by the son of a guy who my mom was cheating on my dad with, family fell apart, parents seperated, step dad came in, endless dysfunction and abuse, yelling and screaming, plus getting picked on at school. Along with other events, stealing, drama, giving homeless people to buy me vodka at 15, failed therapy sessions, thrown into the looneybin, there's way more.
Some memories are vivid and others are fractured.
I know not to place blame on others for my own life failure, but surely this had some type of impact on me.
