Never quit a task until its done.
Basically don't wonder off or finish it for later or tomorrow, just fully focus on 1 task at a time, and don't stop until its done.
if its too long and takes multiple days, split it, and consider the first split as a one task, and don't stop until its done, then the rest.

The best advice is to be able to retain an advice.
Lots of things are said, an ocean of knownledge, yet no beneficiaries.

Go write down the advice's you like and look at them everyday or every 6 hours, make it part of you and turn it into a habit or exercise.
