What should i do bros? I don't know her too well. Maybe I'm romanticizing too much, but it seems like it could be a cool thing. Should i ask her our (I'm very socially anxious) or maybe wait a bit to see how stuff goes

Invite her over for a smoke. That's what you do. Establish common ground/shared activity, suggest you do it together.

The way it works is: if shes interested you cant fuck up. She WILL say yes. If she isnt, she'll say no. And then its done. You can move on and not get oneitis, the main killer of incels and chronic virgins.
