So I've made a bunch of stupid mistakes like forgetting a bag or some shit but I'm kept on because I think it's due to NO ONE being a cashier. Me and some other older lady are the only cashiers, at a Super store, with only 2 registers open at a time.
How bad is it that you can't get someone to be a cashier?

If you show zero remorse for your mistakes or make no effort to get better is when people start to notice. I was the same way in my first job, really clumsy and forgetful. Just don’t be a tard and at least pretend like you want to improve
