how do you respond when you break up with a girl and she keeps begging ad pleading and says your birthday present is on the way on things? my birthday is in a month

also we have a lot of mutual friends so i cant just block her

It's up to you, but it's very important to understand that she doesn't want >(You). She just doesn't want to be alone and >(You) happen to be the best option in her life.
If you're really done with this chick, set boundaries. Maybe even start visibly talking to another girl to let her know it's over. Just don't make the same mistake I did and take her back, because you'll just be spinning your wheels until eventually she decides to leave you anyway.

Just block her. Tell her that it is over. Tell her the honest truth, you just used her and you were lonely and you don't see yourself with her. Be honest and truthful for once.

This, if you're truly done then stay done. Most women immediately get scared of a breakup cause the attention tap is suddenly turned off. SOME women can change for the better when faced with the weight of the reality that they drove you away but the majority just want their meal ticket until she decides to leave you before you her. Ive made that mistake many times of taking a bitch back when I should of said we're done and sticking to it.
