Can I sue my dad to get him to change his will?

I want to sue my dad or at least get him to at least be fair to me. My brother gets so much assistance from my Dad, first car he helped him with a BMW, for his house he helped heavily with the down payment, how to invest/career advice.

He has never given me that type of advice and I think it because i’m a women. When I confronted him about it he says it because he the only one who can help my brother because society already coddles me.

I’m so upset, he doesn’t like my fiancee because he said I should have married someone who had better career prospects and he wasn’t happy I didn’t want to pursue STEM.

My dad is well off buy I think he going to give my brother most of it and my brother does not care about this blatent favoritism.

Once you're 18 you're on your own to take care of yourself. Grow up. Your Dad probably hops on the internet and fell for a Chinese Divide and Conquer psyop. Who cares. You're grown.

Legally and morally you have absolutely NO claim on him or his money (beyond his helping support you to age 18). Like it or not, it is HIS money and he can leave it to a Home For Bisexual Cats if he wants to.

Depends what country you're in. In most of Europe he can't simply give you a paltry amount to fob you off, you would be able to contest anything that is nothing or next to nothing as a bequest.
