It's often said that where you think you belong is where you will find yourself, both before and after death/life, this is true.
Men bring themselves to Hell, Heaven or something more ordinary via action and guilt or desire.
To put it simply; you are here because you brought yourself to this point of suffering, and it is up to you to correct course, or to see reason from your current reality to change for the better.
After death, you may bring yourself to yet another point of suffering if you falsely identify with your physical being.
You are not what dies, but what remains after death. To stop the endless chain of incarnation, you must first overcome the specter of false identity.
