it's an idea, but just like anyone else they have to be given reason to act one way or another
it's complicated, and you can't take peoples' rights away but you can encourage them to think and act like decent people through education and well principled philosophy

the problems in the world stem from ignorance, desire, fear and corruption
train those away through proper education, philosophy and socializing and you've effectively removed much if not all the problem
there are other problems created by the others mentioned
and they are not easy to fix at all
much of the world is in need of great change for the better
it's going to be a lot of work
